Common questions
How much do my referrals save?
They receive 10% off their first Pro purchase — regardless of which billing cycle or how many slots they choose. The coupon code is theirs to use once.
How does commission work on renewals?
After a user's first purchase with your code, they're permanently linked to your partner account. You earn 25% on every subsequent payment they make — renewals and slot upgrades included.
When does commission become available?
Commissions from a referral's first purchase are held in a processing state for 7 days — the same window as EngageDM's money-back guarantee. If the referral gets a refund, the commission is voided. After 7 days with no refund, the commission is confirmed and added to your balance. Commissions from renewals and slot upgrades are credited immediately (no processing hold). Payouts are processed within 3–5 business days of your request, with a minimum threshold of $20 and a limit of 2 withdrawals in any 30-day period.
Can I change where my payouts are sent?
Your PayPal email is captured on your first payout request and locked to your account after that, so nobody who gets into your account can quietly redirect your earnings. To change it, contact an admin from the support page — we'll verify it's you and update it, including on any payout you already have pending.
Can I refer myself?
No — self-referrals via your own account or a secondary account are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earned commissions.
Is there a limit on how much I can earn?
No cap. Refer 10 creators, earn 25% of each subscription every billing period. Refer 100, scale accordingly.
How do I get my referral link?
Sign up for a free EngageDM account, go to Dashboard → Partnership Program, and sign the Partner Agreement — read it, confirm you are 18 or older, and type your full legal name as an electronic signature. Your unique referral link and coupon code are generated instantly. There is no application form and no approval queue.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes — you must be at least 18 years old to join. The program is a commercial arrangement under which we pay you money, and a person below the age of majority cannot enter into a binding contract of that kind. You confirm your age when you sign the Partner Agreement.
Can the program change or be terminated?
Yes. EngageDM reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout minimums, program rules, or terminate the program at any time, with or without prior notice. See the Program Policy section below for full details.
Program Policy
By participating in the EngageDM Partnership Program, you agree to the following terms. These terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Eligibility. The partnership program is available to individual users who have an active EngageDM account and a genuine audience of Instagram creators, marketers, or small business owners. We reserve the right to deny or revoke participation at our discretion.
- Coupon codes. Each partner is issued one unique coupon code. Codes are non-transferable and may only be shared publicly to genuine third parties. Creating secondary EngageDM accounts to self-refer using your own code is prohibited.
- Commission payments. Commissions are paid in US Dollars (USD) via PayPal. We are not responsible for fees charged by your payment provider. All commissions are paid net of any chargebacks or refunds that reduce the underlying transaction amount.
- Chargeback and refund adjustments. If a referred user receives a refund, the corresponding commission may be deducted from your balance. If your balance would go negative, the deficit is carried forward and offset against future earnings.
- Prohibited conduct. Partners may not: (a) make false or misleading claims about EngageDM; (b) spam communities, groups, or DMs; (c) run paid advertisements using EngageDM brand terms without written approval; (d) use deceptive landing pages or fake reviews; (e) engage in any fraudulent activity related to sign-ups or payments.
- Account termination. EngageDM may suspend or permanently terminate a partner account, with or without cause, at any time. Upon termination, any pending commissions earned through legitimate activity will be reviewed and paid at our discretion within 30 days. Commissions earned through prohibited conduct are forfeited.
- Program modification and termination. EngageDM reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout thresholds, program eligibility criteria, or any other aspect of this program, or to terminate the program entirely, at any time without prior notice to partners. Continued participation after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- No employment relationship. Partners are independent promoters, not employees, agents, or partners of EngageDM. You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to commissions you receive.
- Dispute resolution. Any disputes relating to commissions, payouts, or program participation will be resolved at EngageDM's sole discretion. Our decision is final.
Participating in the Partnership Program constitutes acceptance of these terms. EngageDM may modify or terminate this program at any time, without informing partners in advance. Always check this page for the latest version.
