The Analytics tab gives you a real-time view of how your automations are performing â broken down per automation and across your whole account.
Key metrics
DMs Sent
Total number of Direct Messages delivered by this automation over the selected period.
Open Rate
Percentage of sent DMs that were opened by the recipient. Industry average is ~85â94%.
Link Clicks
If your DM contains a link, this tracks how many recipients clicked it.
Triggers Fired
Total number of times the trigger condition was met (comments / DMs).
Date filter
Use the date range picker at the top of Analytics to view data for the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or a custom range.
Analytics data is refreshed every 15 minutes. There may be a short delay between a DM being sent and appearing in your dashboard metrics.
