Every Instagram user who triggers one of your automations is automatically saved as a contact in EngageDM. The Contacts tab gives you a searchable, filterable list of all people you've messaged.

What's tracked per contact

• Instagram username and profile picture (where available)
• First seen date and most recent interaction date
• Which automations have fired for this contact
• Total DMs sent and received

Searching and filtering

Use the search bar at the top to find a specific contact by username. You can also filter by automation or by date range to see contacts from a specific campaign.
