EngageDM offers a free trial and a Pro plan available in four billing cycles. All payments are processed by Razorpay and there is no auto-renewal — you choose when to renew.

Each slot covers one connected Instagram account. You can add slots at any time and pay a prorated amount for the remaining days in your current period.

Upgrading

Go to Billing in the sidebar and choose your billing cycle and slot count under Upgrade to Pro. The plan activates immediately after payment.

Renewing

Plans do not auto-renew. You will receive a reminder 7 days before expiry. To renew, click Renew Plan on the Billing page. You can choose a different cycle or add more slots at renewal time.

Cancelling / Refunds

Plans are not cancelled mid-period — they simply expire. If you are within the 7-day money-back window on your first purchase, you can request a full refund (minus Razorpay's ~2.3% gateway fee) from the Billing page.

First-time subscribers can apply a coupon code at checkout to receive 10% off their first plan purchase. The discount applies to any billing cycle and any number of slots.

How to apply a coupon

1. Go to Billing in the sidebar.
2. Under Upgrade to Pro, click "Have a coupon code? Save 10%".
3. Enter your code and click Apply.
4. The 10% discount will appear in the price summary before you pay.

Coupon rules

• One coupon per user, ever — cannot stack or reuse.
• Only valid on a first-time Pro purchase (not renewals or slot upgrades).
• Cannot apply your own affiliate code to your own account.
• Codes are generated by our Affiliate Program members (see below).

EngageDM operates an invite-based affiliate program. Approved affiliates receive a unique coupon code to share with their audience. When someone uses your code on their first purchase, you earn a 25% commission on every payment they make — including renewals.

How it works

1. Apply — visit /affiliate and submit an application. Approvals are manual and typically take 2–3 business days.
2. Share your code — once approved, your unique coupon code appears on the Affiliate dashboard (Dashboard → Affiliate). Share it anywhere.
3. Earn commissions — when a referred user pays, a 25% commission is credited to your affiliate balance.
4. Request payouts — once your balance reaches ₹500, you can request a payout via UPI or bank transfer from the Affiliate dashboard.

Commission structure

• First purchase: 25% of the amount paid (after the 10% coupon discount is applied).
• Renewals: 25% of every subsequent payment from that referred user, for as long as they remain subscribed.
• Slot upgrades: 25% of any prorated slot-upgrade payment.

Payout schedule

Payouts are processed manually within 5–10 business days of a request. Minimum payout is ₹500. We reserve the right to hold payouts for review if unusual activity is detected.

Program policies

• Self-referral (using your own code or a secondary account) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Affiliates may not make false claims about EngageDM, spam communities, or run paid ads using EngageDM brand terms without written permission.
• Commission rates and program terms can change at any time. Active affiliates will be notified of material changes where possible, but EngageDM reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
• EngageDM may terminate any affiliate account for violation of these rules, fraud, chargebacks, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Unpaid commissions earned through fraudulent activity are forfeited.
